Cole Palmer is unfazed by any circumstance. Following his London Football Award for Young Player of the Year victory, he was interviewed last night and asked what the future contains for a player of his caliber.
He acknowledged that he had no objectives. At present, there are no exceptional aspirations. When he decided to abandon his boyhood club in the summer, all he wаnted was the playing time that his enormous talent merited.
“I just arrived here to play [from Manchester City],” he said modestly.
He has accomplished considerably more than that. We anticipate that a few more of these awards will be bestowed upon us throughout the years.
The interview with him is available in the embedded video:
“We’re just trying as a group to get results, kιck on as a young team – and I think that will come eventually.”
The impact he has had since his arrival at Stamford Bridge has been phenomenal…
He also expresses his desire for this team to achieve success. That could become more challenging unless they can put their act together, but we still have a chance if Cole maintains the same frigid composure in the finals as he did on Sunday.
