Taylor Swift reveals exactly why she carries her new kitten Olivia Benson around like an accessory as if it’s completely normal

In a candid interview with Vogue, Taylor Swift opened up about her close bond with her newest feline companion, Olivia Benson, and why she often carries her around like an accessory. 

Swift, known for her affection for her pets, explained that Olivia brings her comfort and joy in the midst of her hectic life. “Olivia is more than just a pet to me; she’s a source of calm and happiness,” Swift expressed. 

“When I’m traveling or in the studio, having her close by grounds me. It’s like having a piece of home wherever I go.” 

The pop sensation admitted that she understands it might seem unusual to some, but to her, it’s entirely normal. “I’ve always been a bit unconventional, and my cats are a huge part of my life,” she added with a laugh.

 Swift’s devotion to her furry friends is well-documented, often sharing glimpses of their antics on social media. Olivia Benson, named after a character from her favorite TV show, has quickly become a beloved member of Swift’s entourage, often spotted perched on her shoulder or nestled in her arms during public appearances. 

As for Swift, she sees nothing odd about her penchant for toting her feline friend around, asserting that as long as Olivia is happy and content, that’s all that matters.
