TERRY TOWN: Chelsea legend John Terry’s boasts whopping £47M property empire, including £16M house with £150k astro turf golf course

Football star John Terry is thought to be worth £38 million, so it’s hardly surprising that he and his family live in one of Surrey’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

Moreover, the former Chelsea and England defender has plenty of free time after giving up on a £170,000-per-week playing career in 2018 to focus on coaching and real estate development.

Terry has spent more than ten years as a fan of Oxshott, a Surrey community just ten minutes’ drive from Chelsea’s Cobham training base.
